The next So You… Design Contest is underway!
Inspiration of the Month: Bows
Use this image for your design inspiration. your sketches should clearly reflect stripes, pattern or details. you can design any article of clothing.
Prize 1 – Winner will have their design made for them in the size of their choice.The winning style will be made into a multi sized sewing pattern which will be sold on Etsy. The winner will receive 25% of all proceeds of sales.
Prize 2 – The second place winner will receive the Fashion Design Resource book and workbook.
Prize 3 – The third place winner will receive a certificate of achievement.
Winners will be selected based on how many people Like an uploaded photo and then Ranked by the Contest Owner. The contest ends on the midnight of Contest End Date .
So get your pencils out and design a fabulous garment that highlights the monthly theme.. This contest is not about clicking the best design but about bringing out the theme and getting likes to improve your chances.
Guidelines
Age requirements – anyone can submit sketches between the ages of 8 and 17. All sketches submitted must have front and back views. Color is not necessary. Final winners will be judges by an team of So You… instructors.
Instructions
1. Contestants must install the app in order to vote or upload photos. Installing the app on facebook does not mean downloading the app.
2. Contestants should share and post the contest to their wall and request their freinds go to the contest and like their photo’s NOTE: Freinds must “like” your page to run the app and then vote.
3. Vivian can upload your photos on your behalf.
4. Contest ends 4/25, and voting takes place between 4/25-4/30
